Throughout it all, I immersed myself in the study of astrology and tarot, fostering a deep intuitive connection. My passion for holistic health and astrology merged into Body Astrology, guiding me away from conventional medicine towards a path of empowerment and self-care. In 2022 a personal health crisis taught me the importance of listening to my body and honoring its natural rhythms.

Through courses I have taken with esteemed astrologers, I continue to expand my knowledge. I enjoy sharing insights on my YouTube Tarot channel, and in my Facebook Group Moon Directed Life ~ Tarot & Astrology.

Now, my deepest aspiration is to empower others to forge a loving relationship with their bodies, guided by intuition and supported by holistic practices. Together, let us embark on a journey of self-empowerment and well-being, embracing the beauty of our individual paths.
My journey of Spiritual Self-discovery has been filled with many opportunities to learn, grow, and develop a wide range of skills.
In 2002, my exploration of astrology began in the Self-help section of a local bookstore as I searched for a way to understand my middle school age child.

An astrology book cover said “Understand Your Teen”. I purchased that book (plus two others) and I fell in love with astrology.

In 2004, I enrolled at the local community college to prove to my 3 children that we can overcome challenges and better our lives through our own hard work.
This pursuit led me through the challenges of single parenthood and dyslexia, culminating in an Associate of Science in Exercise Science and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics.
